Barre Sculpt60

This 60-minute, barre inspired, low impact class uses small weights combined with high repetition movements to exhaust each muscle group. This well rounded class will help you achieve a sculpted physique. You will walk out of class feeling stronger, more toned, and accomplished.

Barre Sculpt45

A shortened version of our popular Barre Sculpt 60 workout. You will still “feel the burn” just in a condensed class to better fit your schedule.

CardioBarre

A high-energy fusion of toning, strength work, and heart pumping cardio segments. Expect pulsing barre movements dynamic full body exercises, and short bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up while sculpting head to toe!

Butts & Guts

Turn up the music and get ready to sweat. This 45 minute class combines cardio and strength exercises choreographed to music than makes it feel more like a party than a workout class. You will leave this class feeling strong and full of energy.

Yoga Strength

When muscle meet yoga, Yoga Strength is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music. You’ll combine free weights with yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges, pushups and bicep curls.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat; however, thick mats are available.

YogaBarre

This 45 minute Yoga Barre class incorporates Barre resistance exercises for strength and yoga stretching for flexibility in once class! Maximize your workout and your time with this challenging and dynamic class.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga combines fluid Sun Salutations and full body stretches at a slower pace – great for beginners and those who want to deepen their flexibility or find relaxation. Expect to repeatedly move between poses and gain both flexibility and strength from this hour long yoga class.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat; however, thick mats are available.

Pumped Up Strength

This high-energy strength training workout incorporates dynamic combinations of upper and lower body movements, aiming to build lean muscle mass that goes beyond simple bicep curls and squats. This class will rev up your metabolism leaving you with that “pumped up” feeling all day long.
